Week 3 of training is in the books. Quick recap.
The Good: Made all scheduled runs, tried new poses in yoga class, finally tried NTC app workouts
Bad Not As Good: Wednesday and Thursday runs were not great, plus I’ve been having some random aches and pains in my left shin. I skipped spin on Sunday to give myself an extra day of rest and I’m going to try not to push too hard this week.
What’s Next?: 4 running days (1 tempo run, 1 long run, 2 regular runs), 3 yoga classes (2 Power Sessions, one other class), 1 weights workout and hopefully a spin class. Stretch, foam roll, repeat.
