Another week of training in the books. While Nemo may have forced my long run indoors, it was still a solid week of workouts.

The Good: Made all scheduled scheduled runs without pain/discomfort. Plank times improved every day.
The Bad Not As Good: The 5lb weights I’ve been using for strength training felt a little light this week. Will probably try to increase the weights for at least one set of whatever strength workout I do this week.
What’s Next?: 4 runs (2 easy, 1 tempo, 1 long run), 3 days of yoga, 1 strength workout, 1 spin class.
